Project Info
Addition of a third story to an existing home and of a three-story extension to the east side of the dwelling. The design of the new roof drew inspiration from local typology. The new east wing facade was set back from the face of the existing building in order to preserve the integrity of the original volume and to reduce the mass of the overall composition. The extension also included two garage doors located in the set back facade. The extension holds a dinette and living room on the ground floor, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor and two offices “sous les combles”.
